Unparalleled customer service!! I needed a last minute gift, Zak sent me pictures and it was delivered the next day! The jewellery is gorgeous and great quality. And on top of that, after I paid for and received the item, Zak let me know that the item I purchased was on sale and he didn’t give me the sale price, so he refunded me the difference!
